摘　　要：随着国内城市视频监控系统规模的扩大,专业化运维服务流程的重要性日益凸显。文章以某城市视频监控运维为研究对象,通过对目前运维服务流程现状的调查,对标公安部考核的要求,明确目前流程中存在的问题,并针对市局/分局发起的流程、维护单位发起的流程、重大活动保障流程、停电报备流程、摄像机迁改移流程等,设计、优化一套标准的运维服务流程方案,保障城市视频监控系统能够发挥最大效益。With the expansion of the scale of urban video surveillance system,the importance of specialized operation and maintenance service flow is becoming more and more prominent.This paper takes video surveillance operation and maintenance of a city as the research object,through the investigation of the current situation of operation and maintenance service flow,the requirements of the evaluation of the Ministry of Public Security,the problems existing in the current process,and optimize a standard operation and maintenance service flow scheme to ensure the maximum benefit of the city video surveillance system.
