摘  要:1+X证书制度是新时代背景下国家对现代职业教育全新的顶层设计,必将对我国职业教育的发展产生深远的影响。1+X证书制度背景下的工业机器人专业创新创业教育(以下简称“双创”教育)改革已成为热点话题。文章重点分析了当前工业机器人专业“双创”教育师资与1+X证书背景下“双创”能力培养体系存在的问题,并针对以上问题,对照“X”证书的内涵要求,给出了师资队伍打造多维度深化“双创”教育、服务中小微企业3个方面的建议。1+X certificate system is a new top-level design of modern vocational education in the new era,which will have a profound impact on the development of vocational education in China.Under the background of 1+X certificate system,the innovation and entrepreneurship education of industrial robot specialty(hereinafter referred to as“mass entrepreneurship and innovation”education)reform has become a hot topic.This paper focuses on the analysis of the problems existing in the current“mass entrepreneurship and innovation”education system for industrial robotics teachers and“mass entrepreneurship and innovation”ability training system under the background of 1+X certificate.In view of the above problems,according to the connotation requirements of“X”certificate,this paper gives three suggestions on how to build a multi-dimensional teaching staff to deepen“mass entrepreneurship and innovation”education and serve small,medium and micro enterprises.
