复合皮移植术在大面积烧伤瘢痕整形患者中的应用探析

摘　　要：目的 研究复合皮移植术在大面积烧伤瘢痕整形患者中的应用效果.方法 选择我院收治的大面积烧伤瘢痕整形患者48例作为研究对象,平均分组后提供不同的修复整形方法,比较传统方法与复合皮移植术的应用效果.结果 观察组实施了复合皮移植方法之后,患者的瘢痕颜色、瘢痕平整度、瘢痕弹性程度的OSAS评分分别(0.31±0.02)分、(0.41±0.12)分和(0.49±0.14)分,有效率达到了87.50%,总并发症发生率为12.50%,结果与对照组比差异明显,有统计学意义(P<0.05).结论 复合皮移植术对大面积烧伤瘢痕患者整形效果更好,有利于提高治疗有效性.Objective To study the application effect of composite skin transplantation in patients with large area burn scar.Methods a total of 48 patients with large-area burn scar plastic surgery admitted to our hospital were selected as the research objects.After average grouping,different methods of repair and plastic surgery were provided,and the application effects of traditional methods and composite skin grafting were compared.Results The observation group after implementation of composite skin grafting method,color scar,scar smoothness and elasticity of scar in patients with degree of OSAS score(0.31-0.02),respectively(0.41-0.12)and(0.49+0.14)points,efficiency reached 87.50%,total complication rate was 12.50%,the results have obvious difference with control group,with statistical significance(P<0.05).Conclusion Composite skin grafting is more effective in the treatment of large area burn scar.
