皮肤软组织扩张术治疗面颈部烧伤瘢痕患者的疗效及安全性分析

摘　　要：目的 分析皮肤软组织扩张术治疗面颈部烧伤瘢痕患者的疗效及安全性.方法 选取我院收治的122例面颈部烧伤瘢痕患者,依据治疗方式不同分成移植组(60例)与扩张组(62例),移植组行复合皮移植术,扩张组行皮肤软组织扩张术,对比两组临床疗效、术后指标、并发症状况. 结果 扩张组美观满意度为90.32%(56/62),较移植组75.00%(45/60)高(P<0.05);扩张组瘢痕恢复状况优于移植组,血运恢复时间、创面愈合时间短于移植组(P<0.05);扩张组并发症发生率6.45% (4/62)比移植组18.33%(11/60)少(P<0.05).结论 和复合皮移植术相比较,皮肤软组织扩张术治疗面颈部烧伤瘢痕效果更佳,可促进恢复,且减少并发症发生,提高美观度.Objective To analyze the efficacy and safety of skin and soft tissue expansion in the treatment of burn scars of face and neck.Methods 122 patients with facial and neck burn scars admitted in our hospital were selected and divided into transplantation group(60 cases)and expansion group(62 cases)according to different treatment methods.Combined skin grafting was performed in the transplantation group,and skin and soft tissue expansion was performed in the expansion group.The clinical efficacy,postoperative indicators,and complications of the two groups were compared.Results The aesthetic satisfaction of the expansion group was 90.32%(56/62),which was higher than the 75.00%(45/60)of the transplantation group(P<0.05);the scar recovery condition of the expansion group was better than that of the transplantation group,and the blood recovery time and wound healing time were shorter than that of the transplantation group(P<0.05);the complication rate in the expansion group was 6.45%(4/62)less than 18.33%(11/60)in the transplantation group(P<0.05).Conclusion Compared with compound skin transplantation,skin and soft tissue expansion is more effective in treating facial and neck burn scars,which can promote recovery and reduce the occurrence of complications.
