摘　　要：目的 研究1565nm非剥脱点阵激光治疗中重度痤疮的疗效与安全性.方法 随机选取2016年~2019年来该所激光科就诊的中重度痤疮患者90例,采用1565nm非剥脱点阵激光治疗,4周治疗1次,连续3次治疗,采用痤疮GAGS评分,比较激光治疗前以及治疗后1个月、3个月GAGS评分,红斑、色素沉着、疤痕ECCA评分,以及不良反应等评价疗效和安全性.结果 治疗3次后有效率达95.5%,患者满意度达87.7%,治疗后患者痤疮GAGS评分,红斑、色素沉着、疤痕ECCA评分均明显下降,经t检验,P<0.05,差异具有统计学意义,患者术中出现轻度疼痛,术后出现红斑,水肿,轻度色素沉着,均在2-14天内消退,无水疱疤痕,结束治疗后随访3月未见复发;结论 1565nm非剥脱点阵激光治疗痤疮的疗效确切,安全性好,可以有效控制痤疮的复发,值得推广.Objective To study the efficacy and safety of 1565nm nonablative fractiona laser in the treatment of moderate and severe acne.Methods A total of 90 patients with moderate and severe acne were randomly selected from the Department of laser from 2016 to 2019.They were treated with 1565nm non exfoliated dot matrix laser once in four weeks and three times in a row.The scores of GAGs before and one and three months after laser treatment,The scores of erythema,pigmentation,ECCA grading scale of acne scars and adverse reactions were compared to evaluate the efficacy and safety.Results After three times of treatment,the effective rate was 95.5%and the satisfaction rate was 87.7%.After treatment,the scores of acnes,erythema,pigmentation and scar ECCA were significantly decreased,P<0.05 by t-test,the difference was statistically significant,the patients had mild pain during operation,erythema,edema and mild pigmentation after operation,all disappeared within 2-14 days,without blister scar,and the treatment ended No recurrence was found after 3 months follow-up.Conclusion 1565nm nonablative fractiona laser is effective and safe in the treatment of acne.
