101例重睑成形术围手术期护理体会

摘　　要：目的 探讨重睑成形术切开法的围手术期护理经验,方法 选取2020年1月至5月我科共完成切开法重睑术101例,给予完善的护理措施,加强整个围手术期的护理.结果 术后随访1-6个月,101例患者对术后效果均满意.结论 我们采取的综合护理措施使患者对术后的恢复及达到最佳效果十分重要,是手术是否成功的重要一环,合理恰当的护理措施可提高术后效果,缩短恢复时间,减少并发症的发生.我科采取的综合护理措施可以推广应用.Objective To explore the perioperative nursing experience of double eyelid plasty with incision method.Methods 101 cases of double eyelid operation with incision method completed in our department from January to may 2020 were selected,and perfect nursing measures were given to strengthen the whole perioperative nursing.Results after 1-6 months follow-up,101 patients were satisfied with the results.Conclusion the comprehensive nursing measures we take are very important for the patients to recover and achieve the best effect after the operation.It is an important link for the success of the operation.Reasonable and appropriate nursing measures can improve the postoperative effect,shorten the recovery time and reduce the occurrence of complications.The comprehensive nursing measures adopted by our department can be popularized and applied.
