摘　　要：介绍了公司设计供货的3800mm中厚板轧机压下装置的结构特点,通过优化力能参数设定以及充分利用压下电机的过载系数等方法,降低了压下电机功率,从而减小了投资及使用生产成本。This paper introduces the structure characteristics of the press down device of 3800 mm plate mill designed and supplied by our company.By optimizing the power parameter setting and making full use of the overload coefficient of the press down motor,the power of the press down motor can be reduced and the investment and production cost can be reduced.
