摘 要:本文通过ADAMS软件建立十一环过山车的动力学模型,对某十一环过山车进行动力学仿真分析。解决了过山车建模的关键性问题,诸如,在虚拟样机中过山车轨道的建立、模型的导入与约束的添加、轮架与车体的约束问题、施加摩擦力、牵引力与制动力等。通过仿真结果,对过山车在满载且运行速度最大时的速度和关键件的受力情况进行分析。研究结果表明,通过仿真分析可得到符合实际的载荷数据,并验证对乘客进行了安全性的评估,同时也为整体轨道钢结构的分析提供了可靠的依据。In this paper,ADAMS software is used to establish the dynamic model of the eleventh-ring roller coaster,and the dynamic simulation analysis of the eleventh-ring roller coaster is carried out.The key problems of roller coaster modeling are solved,such as the establishment of roller coaster track in virtual prototype,the introduction and addition of model constraints,the constraints of wheel frame and body,the application of friction,traction and braking force,etc.Through the simulation results,the speed and stress of key components of roller coaster at full load and maximum running speed are analyzed.The results show that the actual load data can be obtained by simulation analysis,and the passenger safety assessment is verified.At the same time,it provides a reliable basis for the analysis of the overall rail steel structure.
