摘 要:采用热喷涂工艺在5083铝合金基体上制备了铝锌合金防腐涂层。使用电导率测试仪测试了不同厚度涂层的电导率,同时采用金相法测试了相应涂层的涂层厚度,利用最小二乘法对涂层厚度和涂层电导率的关系进行了数值分析。建立了涂层厚度与涂层电导率的关系方程,对采用该方程计算得出的涂层厚度和金相法测试得出的涂层厚度进行了对比分析。结果表明,5083铝合金基体热喷涂铝锌合金涂层的涂层厚度与电导率的倒数成线性关系,通过电导率计算的涂层厚度与金相法测试的涂层厚度有较高一致性。喷涂涂层厚度在193~317μm范围内,计算误差小于5%。Al-Zn alloy coating is sprayed on 5083 aluminum alloy by thermal spraying.The electric conductivity of the coatingsof different thicknesses are tested by electric conductivity tester and the thickness of the coating tested by metallographic method.Then,the coating thickness and electric conductivity are compared and analyzed by least square method.The relationship equation between thickness and conductivity of the coating is established,and the thickness of coating calculated by conductivityis compared with that measured by metallographic method.The results show that the thickness of thermal spayed Al-Zn alloy coating on 5083 aluminum alloy matrix is linear to the reciprocal of electrical conductivity,the thickness of coating calculated byconductivity is in good agreement with that measured by metallographic method.The calculation error is less than 5%in the thickness range from 193μm to 317μm.
