摘  要:建立了固体浮力材料胶液粘度、密度、压缩强度和弹性模量的解析法计算模型,分析了空心玻璃微珠(HGB)对固体浮力材料胶液粘度、密度、压缩强度、弹性模量和吸水率的影响。结果表明,粒径较大的空心玻璃微珠胶液粘度相对略低;空心玻璃微珠的体积分数固定时,固体浮力材料密度随着微珠密度的升高而升高,压缩强度随微珠强度的升高而升高,弹性模量随微珠模量的升高而升高;同一静水压下,固体浮力材料的吸水率随微珠强度的升高而减小。A analytical models for calculating the viscosity,density,compressive strength and modulus of elasticity of solidbuoyancy material is established.The effects of hollow glass bubbles(HGB)on the viscosity,density,compressive strength,modulus of elasticity and water absorption of solid buoyancy material are studied by means of the analytical model andexperimental data.The results show that the viscosity of solid buoyancy material with HGB of larger particle size is relatively low;When the volume fraction of HGB is fixed,the density of solid buoyancy material increases with the increase of the density of HGB,the compressive strength increases with the increase of the strength of HGB,and the elastic modulus increases with the increase of the elastic modulus of HGB;Under the same hydrostatic pressure,the water absorption of the solid buoyancymaterial decreases with the increase of the strength of the HGB.
