摘 要:对GH4169合金与电铸镍板材搭接接头真空电子束焊接工艺进行了研究,并详细分析了配合间隙对接头组织和性能的影响。结果表明:双层板搭接间隙越大,间隙层填充金属越多,上板焊缝堆高越低,间隙层填充金属为异种合金混合凝固而成,填充金属存在剧烈对流作用,焊缝下板熔深形状和尺寸基本无变化。焊接接头硬度从上部、中部和下部依次减小。当焊接接头的配合间隙≤0.8 mm时,配合间隙越大,接头抗拉剪性能越低,当焊接接头的配合间隙> 0.8 mm时,配合间隙越大,接头抗拉剪性能越高。In this paper,vacuum electron beam welding process of lap joint of GH4169 alloy and electrodeposited nickel plates was carried out,and the effect of fit gap on the structure and properties of the joint was studied.The results show that the larger the lap gap is,the more the filler metal in the gap layer is,and the lower the weld stack height of the upper plate is.The filler metal in the gap layer is mixed and solidified by different alloys.The filler metal has strong convection effect,and the shape and size of the penetration of the lower plate of the weld basically have no change.The hardness of the welded joint decreased from the top,middle and bottom.When the fitting gap of the welded joint is less than or equal to 0.8 mm,the greater the fit gap,the lower the tensile shear resistance of the joint.On the contrary,the larger the fit gap,the higher the tensile shear performance of the joint.
