摘 要:既有住宅建筑节能改造市场健康有序运行的关键在于多主体多目标集成优化实施机理研究。分别从单主体多目标集成优化、单目标多主体协同优化、多主体多目标集成优化3个层次出发,以递阶优化来描述既有住宅建筑节能改造多主体多目标集成优化机理这一具有层次结构的复杂决策问题。在上述研究基础上,提出了既有住宅建筑节能改造多主体多目标集成优化模型框架,进一步探讨分析了多主体多目标集成优化实施路径。The crux of healthy and orderly operation for existing residential buildings energy-saving renovation market lied in the imple mentation mechanism exploration of multi-agent multi-objective integrated optimization.Starting from the three levels of single-subject multi-objective integration optimization,single-objective multi-agent collaborative optimization and multi-agent multi-objective integration op timization,this study used hierarchical optimization to describe the multi-agent multi-objective integrated optimization mechanism of existing residential buildings energy-saving renovation,which was a complex decision-making problem with a hierarchical structure,and an effective multi-agent multi-objective integrated optimization implementation path was obtained.On the basis of the above research,this study proposed the framework of multi-agent and multi-objective integrated optimization model,and further discussed and analyzed the implementation path of multi-agent and multi-objective integrated optimization.
