摘  要:以典型"网红景区"重庆洪崖洞为例,研究其游客满意度水平,并引入第二代潜在冲突指数(PCI2)对游客满意度的内部差异进行研究。结果表明:网红景区洪崖洞的游客满意度水平较高,旅游景观、旅游餐饮等是游客满意度较高的要素,而旅游服务与管理的满意度最低;游客在旅游服务与管理、其他旅游基础设施、景区环境等方面的满意度存在着较大的内部差异,而在旅游景观方面的差异最小。根据研究结果,提出洪崖洞景区未来发展建议。Taking Chongqing Hongyadong as an example,the purpose of the study was to determine the level of tourist satisfaction and the potential conflict index2(PCI2),and study the internal differences.The results showed that the level of tourist satisfaction in Hongyadong was relatively high.Tourist landscape and catering were the key factors that contributed to higher tourist satisfaction,while the satisfaction of tourist service and management were the lowest.The internal differences of tourist satisfaction mainly came from tourist service and management,other tourism infrastructure and scenic environment.The differences in tourist landscape were the smallest.Based on the above,this paper put forward some suggestions for the development of Hongyadong in the future.
