摘　　要：汽车起重机车架多由高强板材拼焊而成,作为重要承载关键件,在吊载过程中,其受力状态难以通过公式计算。以某型25 t起重机底架结构为例,通过有限元分析,对起重机底架进行结构强度分析,验证其结构是否满足设计强度要求,并提出了结构优化改进方案。此分析方法可为同类型起重机底架结构虚拟仿真验证及结构优化提供参考。Truck crane frame are mostly made of high-strength plates welded together,as an important key component of load bearing,it is difficult to calculate the stress state by formula during the lifting process.By means of finite element analysis,the structural strength of the frame is analyzed to verify whether the structure meets the requirements of design strength,and the structural optimization method is given.This analysis method can provide reference for the virtual simulation verification and structural optimization of the frame structure of the same type of crane.
