摘　　要：吴师机《理瀹骈文》独创了内病外治医学体系。在辨证上,其立足于寒温统一,融合诸家之理论,将六经辨证、三焦辨证与卫气营血辨证相结合,"杂合而治";在治疗上,认为外治法作用迅速直接,更能固护中焦脾胃,安全性更高。吴师机外治法以三焦辨证为纲,结合膏药外敷,针对不同患者调整用药。新型冠状病毒肺炎(corona virus disease 2019,COVID-19,简称新冠肺炎)初起阶段,可使用上焦治法配合膏药贴敷,及时祛邪,防止病邪深入;有消化道症状者,可运用中焦治法和膏药贴敷调理脾胃功能;病至后期,累及其他脏腑,出现危重症时,可以根据患者病情,将内服药物、膏药贴敷和三焦治法相结合。同时,应用大量芳香化浊类药物,阻断疾病传播。Wu Shi-ji created the medical system of internal disease with external treatment in Rhymed Discourse for External Remedies.In terms of syndrome differentiation,based on the unity of cold and warm,he integrated the theories of various schools,and combined the syndrome differentiation of six meridians,triple energizer and defense-qi-nutrient-blood for comprehensive treatment.In terms of treatment,he thought that the effect of external treatment is rapid and direct,can better protect the spleen and stomach in the middle energizer,and has higher safety.The core of Wu Shi-ji′s external treatment is based on the syndrome differentiation of three energizer,combined with external application of plaster,to adjust the medication for different patients.For patients with corona virus disease 2019(COVID-19) in the early stage,treating upper energizer should be combined with plaster for application to remove pathogens in time and prevent pathogens from entering deeply.For those combined with gastrointestinal symptoms,treating middle energizer should be combined with plaster for application to regulate spleen-stomach functions.In the late stage of the disease,other viscera are involved and critical symptoms occur.According to the patient′s condition,oral medication,plaster application and triple energizer therapy can be combined.At the same time,a large number of aromatic herbs resolving turbidity should be used to stop the disease from spreading.
