麻黄连翘赤小豆汤合薏苡附子败酱散治疗小儿顽固性湿疹疗效观察

摘　　要：目的:观察麻黄连翘赤小豆汤合薏苡附子败酱散治疗小儿顽固性湿疹的临床疗效。方法:选择2018年1月至2019年6月在本院治疗的小儿顽固性湿疹患儿54例,随机分为对照组和观察组各27例,对照组患儿给予盐酸西替利嗪糖浆及双歧三联活菌治疗,观察组患儿给予麻黄连翘赤小豆汤合薏苡附子败酱散治疗,两组均连续治疗2周。比较两组患儿临床疗效、瘙痒消失时间、治疗前后皮损面积评分和皮损形态评分。结果:对照组有效率为77.77%,观察组有效率为96.29%,两组有效率比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。对照组瘙痒消失时间为6~20(13.25±5.17) h,观察组瘙痒消失时间为4~17(8.87±4.63) h。两组瘙痒消失时间比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。对照组皮损面积评分为(2.26±1.43)分,观察组皮损面积评分为(1.03±0.97)分,观察组皮损面积评分明显低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。对照组皮损形态评分为(1.62±1.03)分,观察组皮损形态评分为(0.90±1.01)分,观察组皮损形态评分明显低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:麻黄连翘赤小豆汤合薏苡附子败酱散可以改善小儿顽固性湿疹患者临床症状。Objective:To observe the clinical curative effect of Ephedra and Fructus and Semen Phaseoli Decoction combined with Semen Coicis and Radix Aconiti Lateralis Preparata and Herba Patriniae Powder on intractable eczema in children.Methods:A total of 54 children with intractable eczema treated in our hospital from January 2018 to June 2019 were selected and randomly divided into the control group and the observation group,with 27 cases in each group.The control group was treated with Cetirizine Hydrochloride Syrup and Bifid Triple Viable Bacteria,while the observation group was treated with Ephedra and Fructus and Semen Phaseoli Decoction combined with Semen Coicis and Radix Aconiti Lateralis Preparata and Herba Patriniae Powder.The two groups were treated for 2 weeks continuously.The clinical efficacy,itch disappearance time,lesion area score and lesion morphology score before and after treatment were compared between the two groups.Results:The effective rate of the control group was 77.77%,and that of the observation group was 96.29%.The difference between the two groups was statistically significant(P<0.05).The disappearance time of itch in the control group was 6-20(13.25±5.17) h,while that in the observation group was 4-17(8.87±4.63) h.The difference between the two groups was statistically significant(P<0.05).The lesion area score of the control group was(2.26±1.43) points,and that of the observation group was(1.03±0.97) points.The skin lesion area score of the observation group was significantly lower than that of the control group,and the difference between the two groups was statistically significant(P<0.05).The lesion morphology score of the control group was(1.62±1.03) points,and that of the observation group was(0.90±1.01) points.The skin lesion morphology score of the observation group was significantly lower than that of the control group,and the difference between the two groups was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:Ephedra and Fructus and Semen Phaseoli Decoction combined with Semen C
