熊墨年辨治卵巢癌用药规律分析

摘　　要：目的:总结熊墨年教授治疗卵巢癌的用药规律。方法:收集整理熊教授门诊治疗25例卵巢癌患者的210首处方,通过中医传承辅助平台挖掘其组方用药特点及配伍新组合,分析用药规律及常用处方的药物特点。结果:210首处方中,药性多为寒、热、甘、苦、辛,主归肝、脾、胃经。使用频次在23次以上的药物有48味;按功效分类,共计使用35类中药,其中清热解毒药和补气药使用频次最高;得到药物配伍新组合34个。结论:熊教授治疗卵巢癌以"益气清毒"法为治疗总则,用药以清热解毒类和补气类药物为主,在补气的同时注重脾胃之气的调护,又酌情配伍清利下焦湿热的药物。Objective:To summarize the medication rules of Professor Xiong Mo-nian in the treatment of ovarian cancer.Methods:A total of 210 prescriptions of 25 cases of ovarian cancer patients treated by Professor Xiong′s clinic were collected and sorted out.The medication characteristics of prescriptions and new combinations of compatibility were explored through the platform of TCM inheritance auxiliary platform,and the medication rules and drug characteristics of commonly-used prescriptions were analyzed.Results:Among the 210 prescriptions,most of medicinals were cold,hot,sweet,bitter and pungent,and mainly enter the liver,spleen and stomach meridians.A total of 48 kinds of medicinals were used more than 23 times.According to the efficacy classification,there were a total of 35 types of medicinals which were used,of which heat-clearing and detoxification medicinals and qi-tonifying medicinals were used most frequently,and 34 new combinations were obtained.Conclusion:In terms of treating ovarian cancer,Professor Xiong regards qi-tonifying and detoxification as the treating principle,mainly uses medicinals for heat-clearing and detoxification and tonifying qi.At the same time,he pays attention to the regulation and care of spleen and stomach qi,and selects proper medicinals for clearing away heat and dampness in lower energizer.
