申春悌治疗风咳证用药规律分析

摘　　要：目的:运用中医传承辅助平台对申春悌教授治疗风咳证的临床用药进行分析总结,探究申教授对风咳证病因病机的认识、治疗风咳证的组方思路和临床用药特点。方法:将申教授治疗风咳证的处方录入中医传承辅助平台软件,利用软件中的数据挖掘方法对处方中药的频率、核心药对和新方组合进行挖掘。结果:申教授治疗风咳证常用中药有杏仁、紫菀、炙麻黄、前胡、蝉蜕、苦参、矮地茶、黄芩等26味药,并得到6个核心药物组合及3个新处方。结论:申教授治疗风咳证重视病证结合、异病同治、方证相应,治以疏风肃肺、降气止咳为主,重视从风邪、瘀血、痰浊论治,临床选药精巧平允,寒温并用,升降有序,以降为主,并结合现代医学研究成果,以实现精准治疗。Objective:To analyze and summarize Professor Shen Chun-ti′s clinical medication for treating wind-cough syndrome by using TCM inheritance auxiliary platform,and to explore Professor Shen′s understanding of the etiology and pathogenesis of wind-cough syndrome,the thinking of prescription and clinical medication characteristics of treating wind-cough syndrome.Methods:The prescriptions of Professor Shen for treating wind-cough syndrome were all put into the software of TCM nheritance auxiliary platform,and the frequency of medication,core drug-pairs and new prescription combinations were mined by data mining method in the software.Results:The analysis showed that Professor Shen often used 26 kinds of Chinese medicinals to treat wind-cough syndrome,including Xingren(Semen Armeniacae Amarum),Ziwan(Radix et Rhizoma Asteris),prepared Mahuang(Herba Ephedrae),Qianhu(Radix Peucedani),Chantui(Periostracum Cicadae),Kushen(Radix Sophorae Flavescentis),Aidicha(Herba Ardisiae Japonicae),Huangqin(Radix Scutellariae),etc.Six core drug combinations and three new prescriptions were obtained.Conclusion:In terms of treating wind-cough syndrome,Professor Shen attaches great importance to the combination of disease and syndrome,the same treatment of different diseases,and the corresponding prescriptions and syndromes.The treatment mainly focuses on dispersing wind and descending lung qi,lowering qi and relieving cough.She also pays attention to the treatment from wind pathogen,blood stasis and phlegm turbidity.Her clinical medicine selection is exquisite and proper.She often uses the combination of cold and warm medicinals,for ascending and descending orderly,especially focusing on descending.She always combines with the research results of modern medicine to achieve accurate treatment.
