益气温阳补肾汤联合西药对难治性肾病综合征患者免疫功能的影响

摘　　要：目的:观察益气温阳补肾汤联合西药对难治性肾病综合征患者免疫功能的影响。方法:选取2018年1月至2019年2月在本院治疗的难治性肾病综合征患者106例,按照随机数字表法分为对照组和观察组,每组53例。对照组给予盐酸泼尼松片联合注射用环磷酰胺冲击治疗,观察组在对照组治疗基础上加用益气温阳补肾汤治疗。结果:对照组有效率为83.02%,观察组有效率为96.23%,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组治疗后CD3^+、CD4^+、CD4^+/CD8^+高于对照组,CD8^+、中医证候积分低于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:益气温阳补肾汤联合西药能提高难治性肾病综合征患者免疫功能。Objective:To observe the influence of Qi-Boosting and Yang-Warming and Kidney-Nourishing Decoction in combination with Western medicine on immune function of patients with refractory nephrotic syndrome.Methods:A total of 106 patients with refractory nephrotic syndrome treated in our hospital from January 2018 to February 2019 were selected and divided into the control group and the observation group according to the random number table method,with 53 cases in each group.The control group was treated with Prednisone Hydrochloride Tablets combined with cyclophosphamide for injection impact therapy.The observation group was treated with Qi-Boosting and Yang-Warming and Kidney-Nourishing Decoction on the basis of the control group.Results:The effective rate was 83.02%in the control group and 96.23%in the observation group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).After the treatment,CD3^+,CD4^+,CD4^+/CD8^+in the observation group were higher than those in the control group,but the scores of CD8^+and TCM syndrome were lower than those in the control group,and all the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:Qi-Boosting and Yang-Warming and Kidney-Nourishing Decoction in combination with Western medicine can improve the immune function of patients with refractory nephrotic syndrome.
