摘　　要：目的:观察杜仲水煎剂治疗乳腺癌骨转移合并肾功能衰竭患者的临床疗效。方法:将64例乳腺癌骨转移合并肾功能衰竭患者按照随机数字表法分为观察组和对照组,每组各32例。对照组给予常规治疗方案,观察组在对照组的基础上加用杜仲水煎剂。检测两组患者治疗前后内生肌酐清除率(creatinine clearance rate,Ccr)、血尿素氮(blood urea nitrogen,BUN)、肌酐(serum creatinine,Scr)及肾小球滤过率。结果:两组患者治疗后Ccr高于本组治疗前,观察组高于对照组,两组患者治疗后BUN和Scr水平低于本组治疗前,且观察组低于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。两组患者治疗后肾小球滤过率高于本组治疗前,且观察组高于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:杜仲水煎剂治疗乳腺癌骨转移合并肾功能衰竭,可改善患者的肾功能。Objective:To observe the clinical curative effect of Cortex Eucommiae Decoction on bone metastasis of breast cancer combined with renal failure.Methods:A total of 64 cases of bone metastasis of breast cancer combined with renal failure were divided into the observation group and the control group,with 32 cases in each group.The control group was given conventional treatment,while the observation group was added with Cortex Eucommiae Decoction on the basis of the control group.The creatinine clearance rate(Ccr),blood urea nitrogen(BUN),creatinine(Scr)and glomerular filtration rate in the two groups were measured before and after the treatment.Results:After the treatment,the level of Ccr in each group was higher than that of the same group before the treatment,the above index of the observation group was higher than that of the control group;the levels of BUN and Scr in each group were lower than those of the same group before the treatment,the above indexes of the observation group were lower than those of the control group;and all the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).The glomerular filtration rate in each group was higher than that of the same group before the treatment,the above index of the observation group was higher than that of the control group;and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:In terms of treating bone metastasis of breast cancer combined with renal failure,Cortex Eucommiae Decoction can improve the renal function of patients.
