解郁通络汤治疗中风后抑郁症44例

摘　　要：目的:观察解郁通络汤治疗中风后抑郁症的临床疗效。方法:将88例中风后抑郁症患者按照随机数字表法分为观察组和对照组,每组各44例。对照组给予氟哌噻吨美利曲辛片治疗,观察组口服解郁通络汤治疗。比较两组患者的临床疗效及治疗前后汉密尔顿抑郁量表(hamilton depression scale,HAMD)评分、改良爱丁堡-斯堪的纳维亚评分量表(modified edinburgh-scandinavian stroke scale,MESSS)评分、匹兹堡睡眠质量指数(pittsburgh sleep quality index,PSQI)评定及睡眠质量改善情况。结果:对照组有效率为86.36%,观察组有效率为93.19%,两组患者有效率比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。两组患者治疗后HAMD、MESSS及PSQI评分低于本组治疗前,且观察组低于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。两组患者治疗后睡眠质量各指标改善情况优于本组治疗前,且观察组优于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:解郁通络汤治疗中风后抑郁症,可改善患者的神经功能及抑郁状态,同时也可提高患者睡眠质量。Objective:To observe the clinical curative effect of Depression-Removing and Collaterals-Dredging Decoction on post-stroke depression(PSD).Methods:A total of 88 patients with post-stroke depression were randomly divided into the observation group and the control group,with 44 cases in each group.The control group was given Flupentixol and Melitracen Tablets,and the observation group was treated with Depression-Removing and Collaterals-Dredging Decoction for oral administration.The clinical efficacies,Hamilton Depression Scale(HAMD)score,modified Edinburgh-Scandinavian Stroke Scale(MESSS),Pittsburgh sleep quality index(PSQI)and sleep quality improvement were compared between the two groups before and after the treatment.Results:The effective rate of the control group was 86.36%,and that of the observation group was 93.19%.There was no significant difference between the two groups(P>0.05).After the treatment,HAMD,MESSS and PSQI scores of each group were lower than those of the same group before the treatment,and the above indexes of the observation group was lower than those of the control group,and all the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).The improvement of any sleep quality index in the two groups after the treatment was better than that of the same group before the treatment,and the above indexes of the observation group were better than those of the control group,and all the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:In terms of treating PSD,Depression-Removing and Collaterals-Dredging Decoction can improve the neurological function and depression state of patients,as well as their sleep quality.
