小儿推拿疗法联合沙棘干乳剂治疗儿童急性肠系膜淋巴结炎23例

摘　　要：目的:观察小儿推拿疗法联合沙棘干乳剂治疗儿童急性肠系膜淋巴结炎的临床疗效。方法:将47例急性肠系膜淋巴结炎患儿按照随机数字表法分为对照组24例和观察组23例。对照组给予双歧杆菌三联活菌肠溶胶囊,观察组在对照组的基础上联合小儿推拿疗法及口服沙棘干乳剂治疗。比较两组患儿的临床疗效及治疗前后腹痛、呕吐及腹泻等症状积分变化情况,腹部淋巴结彩超测量两组患儿治疗前后淋巴结直径。结果:对照组有效率为83.3%,观察组有效率为95.7%,两组患儿有效率比较,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。两组患儿治疗后临床症状积分低于本组治疗前,且观察组低于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。两组患儿治疗后淋巴结直径小于本组治疗前,且观察组小于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:小儿推拿疗法联合沙棘干乳剂治疗儿童急性肠系膜淋巴结炎,能有效缓解患儿腹痛、呕吐及腹泻等临床症状。Objective:To observe the clinical curative effect of children massage therapy in combination with sea buckthorn dry emulsion on children acute mesenteric lymphadenitis.Methods:A total of 47 children with acute mesenteric lymphadenitis were randomly divided into the control group with 24 cases and the observation group with 23 cases.The control group was given Bifidobacterium Triple Active Bacteria Enteric-coated Capsules,while the observation group was combined with children massage therapy and sea buckthorn dry emulsion for oral administration.Then the clinical effects of the two groups and the changes of abdominal pain,vomiting and diarrhea before and after treatment were compared.Before and after treatment,the diameter of lymph nodes was measured by abdominal lymph node color ultrasound.Results:The effective rate was 83.3%in the control group and 95.7%in the observation group.The difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).After the treatment,the clinical symptom score of each group was lower than that of the same group before the treatment,and the clinical symptom score of the observation group was lower than that of the control group,and all the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).The diameter of lymph nodes of each group was smaller than that of the same group before the treatment,and the diameter of lymph nodes of the observation group was smaller than that of the control group,and all the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:In terms of treating children acute mesenteric lymphadenitis,children massage therapy in combination with sea buckthorn dry emulsion can effectively relieve abdominal pain,vomiting,diarrhea and other clinical symptoms.
