摘　　要：遵循经典的文献综述指南PRISMA,对近十年就业质量评价和就业跟踪量化研究的中文文献进行系统调查,总共涉及155篇文献,并进行研究综述,对当前研究进展和状况、研究方法、研究成果以及当前研究的不足进行了梳理。调查发现,当前就业质量评价的思路基本趋同,因而存在一些共性问题,就业跟踪研究目前停留在泛泛论述的层面,还未涉足量化分析研究。在此基础上,指出后续应该整体考虑就业质量影响因素和就业质量评价,并着重关注就业质量评价的有效性验证方法和比较方法,同时加强就业跟踪的数据获取和数据分析,深入探讨毕业生职业发展的影响因素,以期为毕业生提供持续的就业服务。Following the classical literature review guideline PRISMA, a systematic survey of the Chinese literature on the quantitative research on employment quality evaluation and employment tracking in the past 10 years was conducted, involving 155 documents, which formed the research review. This review summarizes the current research progress and status, research methods, research results and shortcomings of current research. It is found that the current methods of employment quality evaluation are basically the same, so there are some common problems. The employment tracking research is still in general discussion, and has not yet involved in quantitative analysis. Therefore, this review points out that the influencing factors of employment quality and the evaluation of employment quality should be considered as a whole, and emphasis should be laid on the validity verification and comparison methods of employment quality evaluation. At the same time, data acquisition and data analysis of employment tracking should be strengthened, and the influencing factors of graduates’ career development should be discussed in depth, so as to provide continuous employment service guidance for graduates.
