大思政视域下新时代高校辅导员角色定位探究

摘　　要：近年来,西方敌对势力对我国高校意识形态领域渗透力度的不断加大,严重影响着我国高校思想领域的安全,党和国家将思想政治工作摆在了极为重要的位置,对高校思想政治工作做出了一系列的新决策和新部署,提出了许多具有时代内涵和实践指导意义的新观点和新思想。高校辅导员扮演的特殊角色使其在思想政治工作中发挥着重要作用,中国进入新时代,处于新的历史方位,对其角色重新进行定位有利于把准时代脉搏,找准工作方向,凸显职业价值,为更顺利完成立德树人的根本任务奠定基础。In recent years, the hostile rivals exert increasing impact on the ideological education in colleges and universities in China, which severely affects the ideological security. The Communist Party of China and the state have placed ideological and political work in an extremely important position, made a series of new decisions and arrangements for the ideological and political work in colleges and universities, and put forward a lot of new ideas and thoughts with the characteristics of times and practical value. The special role played by college counselors makes them play an important role in ideological and political work. Entering the new historical stage, China orients itself to a brand new position. A redefined role enables counselors to better advance with times, move toward the right direction, highlight the value of their career, in order to lay a solid foundation for accomplishing the basic task of strengthening moral education and civic virtue.
