摘　　要：目的探究帕金森病患者家庭关怀度的现状并分析其影响因素。方法2018年9月-2019年3月,采用便利抽样法,选取大连医科大学附属第一医院224例帕金森患者为研究对象,使用一般资料调查表、家庭关怀度指数问卷、改良H-Y分级量表和统一帕金森病评分量表对其进行问卷调查。结果帕金森病患者家庭关怀度总分为(6.84±2.43)分,家庭功能良好有121例(54.0%),家庭功能中度障碍有81例(36.2%),家庭功能严重障碍有22例(9.8%)。多元逐步线性回归分析显示:性别、并发症、年龄、生活状态和医疗付费方式是帕金森病患者家庭关怀度的主要影响因素,可解释总体变异的15.4%。结论帕金森病患者家庭关怀度较差,医护人员应该重视帕金森病患者家庭关怀度的影响因素,据此制定针对性的干预措施帮助患者改善家庭关系,增加患者的社会支持,提高生活质量。Objective To investigate the family care status and its influencing factors among people living with Parkinson's disease.Methods A total of 224 patients with Parkinson's disease were investigated using convenience sampling method and self-designed general information questionnaire,Family care index questionnaire(Family APGAR index,APGAR),Modified Hoehn&Yahr grading scale(H-Y)and movement disorder society unified Parkinson's disease rating scale(MDS-UPDRS)to explore the levels and influencing factors of family care.Results The total score of family care for patients with Parkinson's disease was(6.84±2.43).Family function was good in 121 cases(54.0%),moderate barrier in 81 cases(36.2%),severe barrier in 22 cases(9.8%).The multiple regression analysis showed that sex,complication,life status and medical payment methods were influencing factors of family care,which explained 15.4%of the total variance.Conclusions The overall level of family care for patients with Parkinson's disease was poor.Medical staff should pay attention to influencing factors of family care in Parkinson's disease patients and develop targeted intervention.
