摘 要:本文针对钛石膏水泥与减水剂相容性变差的问题,研究钛石膏影响水泥减水剂相容性的主要因素。研究结果表明钛石膏中含有大量Fe(OH)3絮状凝胶吸附在水泥颗粒表面,在水泥水化过程中引起蓄水,抑制减水剂发挥作用。对于P·O42.5复合硅酸盐水泥而言,随着钛石膏掺量的增加,凝结时间缩短,标准稠度需水量增加,强度增加,水泥相容性变差。且随着钛石膏中Fe(OH)3含量的升高,水泥减水剂相容性逐渐变差。Aiming at the problem of poor compatibility between titanium gypsum cement and water reducer,this paper studies the main factors that affect the compatibility of cement water reducer.The results show that titanium gypsum contains a large amount of Fe(OH)3 flocculent gel adsorbed on the surface of cement particles,which causes water storage during cement hydration and inhibits the function of water reducing agent.For P·O 42.5 composite portland cement,with the increase of the titanium gypsum content,the setting time is shortened,the standard consistency water requirement is increased,the strength is increased,and the cement compatibility is deteriorated.And with the increase of Fe(OH)3 content in titanium gypsum,the compatibility of cement water reducer gradually becomes worse.
