摘　　要：液体容积式流量计作为液体容积的测量仪器,在石油化工、冶金、机械等行业使用非常广泛。为了能够实现便捷地对其进行计量溯源,使测量结果更具真实性、可靠性,本文探讨了一种结构紧凑、拆装方便、校准介质相同、能够移动、自带液压油源的液体容积式流量计校准装置,由该装置的测量不确定度来验证符合相关技术文件的要求。同时,也为其他类似的校准装置提供了科学的可借鉴的不确定度评定方法。As the measuring instrument of liquid volume,a liquid positive displacement flowmeter is widely used in petrochemical,metallurgical and mechanical industries.In order to obtain its metrological traceability easily and more authentic and reliable measurement results,in this paper,a kind of calibration device for liquid positive displacement flowmeter is proved to be in accord with the requirements of relevant technical documents from the uncertainty of measurement.The calibration device has compact structure,convenient disassembly and assembly and same calibration medium with the liquid positive displacement flowmeter,and which is removable and equipped with hydraulic oil source.At the same time,a scientific and referential uncertainty evaluation method is also provided for other similar calibration devices.
