摘　　要：针对某燃煤电厂亚临界机组运行中低温过热器20 G管发生泄漏原因进行理化检验和分析,并提出建议。结果表明:低温过热器管在弯管加工过程中,由于加工工艺不当造成内壁出现微裂纹,在外部环境与材料自身应力综合作用下逐步扩展,最终穿透管壁导致泄漏。the cause of leakage of low temperature superheater pipe 20G in subcritical units for a coal fired power plant is examined and analyzed,and some suggestions are put forward.The results show that microcracks appear on the inner wall of the low temperature superheater pipe due to the improper processing technology in bending.The microcracks gradually expand under the combined effect of the external environment and the material's own stress during the operation process,and finally leak through causing the leakage..
