摘  要:为了提出一种基于摆度测试数据的近似计算方法,基于水力发电机组转子和转轮形心轨迹运动方程,利用转子和转轮摆度比值关系对运动方程中的刚度耦合项进行解耦;然后,根据轴系振动的稳态特征,忽略轴系扭转、不计作用于发电机转子和水轮机转轮阻尼系数的影响,得到稳态下的简化形心轨迹运动方程,进而导出轴系等效刚度的近似计算模型;同时,结合水力机组特殊运行工况,对转轮、转子处附加外力做近似处理,给出了利用特殊运行工况振动测试数据近似计算轴系刚度的方法.利用机组运行模拟系统进行仿真计算,仿真结果表明,提出的近似计算方法所获取的刚度数据与仿真系统给定刚度数据虽然存在一定的误差,但是基本反映了轴系刚度与振动的关系,对于实际工程具有一定的参考价值.The support stiffness of the shafting is the characteristic parameter of the shafting vibration system.However,there is no effective on-site measurement method.An approximate calculation method based on the swing test data was proposed.Firstly,based on the hydroelectric generation rotor and runner centroid trajectory equation,the coupling relationship between the rotor and the slewing ratio was used to decouple the stiffness coupling term in the equation of motion.Secondly,according to the steady-state characteristics of the vibration of the shafting system,the influence of the shafting torsion,regardless of the damping coefficient acting on the generator rotor and the turbine runner,was ignored,and the simplified centroid trajectory equation in steady state was obtained,then an approximate calculation model of the equivalent stiffness of the shaft was derived.Thirdly,combined with the special operating conditions of the hydropower unit,the additional external force was applied to the runner and the rotor,and the calculation method for calculating the stiffness of the shafting by using the vibration test data of special operating conditions was given.Finally,using the unit operation simulation system for simulation calculation,the simulation shows that although there are certain errors between the stiffness data obtained by the approximate calculation method and the given stiffness data of the simulation system,it basically reflects the relationship between the stiffness of the shafting and the vibration,which has certain reference value for practical engineering.
