摘　　要：工程类项目在现代化建设中的占比越来越大,如何利用科学的项目管理准则和先进的项目管理工具,在项目管理过程中指导、监管和规范项目的实施,已经成为当前快速占领市场的最行之有效的决策。本文以工程类项目管理领域信息化平台(PMIS)为主要研究对象,充分吸收PMBOK在项目管理理论方面的研究成果,结合WBS方法在工程类项目管理中的架构体系,详细剖析其在工程类项目管理中的应用。在此基础上,提出了基于WBS方法的工程类项目管理领域信息化平台的应用模式,实现了从项目前期到项目中期再到项目后期覆盖全场景的业务交互流程,整合了多种IT信息化架构,为工程类项目管理协同作业的顺利开展保驾护航。The proportion of engineering projects in modernization is increasing,how to use scientific project management guidelines and advanced project management tools to guide,supervise and standardize project implementation in the process of project management has become the most effective decision-making to quickly occupy the market.This paper took the project management information system(PMIS)as the main research object,fully absorbed the research results of PMBOK in project management theory,combined the WBS method in the construction project management system,and analyzed its application in engineering project management in detail.On this basis,the application model of PMIS based on the WBS method was proposed,which realized the business interaction process covering the entire scene from the early stage of the project to the middle stage of the project to the late stage of the project,and integrated a variety of IT information architecture to provide escort for the smooth development of collaborative work in engineering project management.
