摘  要:因新产品需要,陕西黄河集团有限公司隔离变压器浇注测试条件由高低温循环改为高低温冲击,以前采用浇注料生产的产品经高低温冲击试验后全部开裂,无合格品。新改进的浇注料由柔性环氧树脂和柔性固化剂组成,通过了-50~70℃条件下6个循环的高低温冲击试验,采用X光射线探伤,发现产品表面及内部无裂痕。经高压试验、振动试验,新的浇注产品均达到合格。研究结果表明,新采用的浇注体系比原浇注料具有更好的柔性和耐高低温冲击性,在电性能方面具有良好的稳定性,可在以后类似的产品中推广应用。Due to the needs of new products,the casting test conditions of isolation transformers of Huanghe Group Co.,Ltd.were changed from high and low temperature cycles to high and low temperature impacts,the products previously produced with castables all cracked after high and low temperature impact tests,and there were no qualified products.The newly improved castable was composed of flexible epoxy resin and flexible curing agent,and had passed 6 cycles of high and low temperature impact test under the condition of-50~70℃,X-ray flaw detection was used,and no cracks were found on the surface and inside of the product.After high-pressure test and vibration test,the new cast products have all passed the qualification.The research results show that the newly adopted casting system has better flexibility and high and low temperature impact resistance than the original casting material,and has good stability in electrical performance,which can be popularized and applied in similar products in the future.
