摘　　要：以杭州、宁波为例对浙江省内的近代工业建筑进行调查研究,对近代工业建筑的形成发展、选址因素以及其对城市现代化的影响等问题进行探讨。总体来看,现有文献对工业建筑的保护利用居多,而对其起源、发展以及特征的研究较少。作为近代建筑的一个分支,近代工业建筑的出现突破了中国传统建筑的设计思维,给浙江带来了新的建筑形式和建筑技术,加快了城市现代化进程。增强对浙江省内近代工业建筑的研究,可以丰富浙江近代的建筑发展史和城市发展史研究。This paper will take Hangzhou and Ningbo as examples to investigate the modern industrial buildings in Zhejiang Province,and discuss the formation and development of modern industrial buildings,location factors and their impact on urban modernization.Generally speaking,most of the existing papers are on the protection and utilization of industrial buildings,but less on its origin,development and characteristics.As a branch of modern architecture,the emergence of modern industrial architecture breaks through the design thinking of traditional Chinese architecture,brings new architectural forms and technology to Zhejiang,and speeds up the process of urban modernization.Strengthening the research of modern industrial architecture in Zhejiang Province can enrich the research of modern architectural history and urban development history in Zhejiang Province.
