环境卫生事业发展规划编制的思考

摘　　要：给出了北京市"十四五"时期环境卫生事业发展规划编制的逻辑顺序,指出规划环境分析和发展思路的确定方法、规划指标的设计原则和选择、任务编制的要求和原则,给出编制方法和保障措施,解决规划中面临的主要问题,以此推广供各地规划编制者们参考。Beijing "difference"period are given in this paper logical sequence of sanitation career development planning,points out that the planning of environment analysis and the method for determining the development ideas,planning index design principle and selection,task requirements and principles,preparation methods and guarantee measures,to solve the main problems faced in the planning,to promote reference for planning are around.
