摘　　要：目的:总结某三甲医院高级卒中中心的建设过程,以期为医务工作者和医院管理者提供参考。方法:该院从组织管理、体系建设、信息化建设、技术开展等方面加强管理,并将相关医疗资源进行整合。结果:通过多学科密切协作,以及院前与院内的无缝对接,优化了救治流程,实现真正意义上的“化学融合”。结论:通过高级卒中中心的建设,提高了全院医务人员的卒中救治能力,为患者提供了更优质的医疗服务。Objective:To summarize the experience in the construction of a senior cerebrovascular disease center in a certain Grade-A Tertiary Hospital,so as to provide reference for medical workers and hospital administrators.Method:The hospital strength⁃ened the management from the aspects of organization management,system construction,information construction and technology de⁃velopment,and integrated the related medical resources.Result:The treatment process was optimized and the true“chemical fusion”was realized through the close cooperation of multiple disciplines and the seamless connection between the pre-hospital and the innerhospital.Conclusion:The construction of advanced cerebrovascular disease center not only improves its treatment ability of medical staff in the hospital,but also provides better medical services for patients.
