摘　　要：档案专业人员的专业化程度是衡量档案职业发展水平的一个重要指标。笔者通过对2013—2018年全国档案行政部门和综合档案馆档案专业人员及2008—2012各省市档案专业人员的专业化程度进行调查分析,得出了当前我国档案专业人员专业化程度较低、地区差异较大等结论。并提出了建立健全档案职业资格准入制度、扩大继续教育力度、改进档案教育方式等建议。The degree of specialization of archival professionals is an important index to measure the level of archival career development.The author makes an investigation and analysis of the degree of specialization of archival professionals in national archives administrative departments and comprehensive archives during the period of 2013-2018 and in various provinces and cities during the period of 2008-2012,and draws a conclusion that the degree of specialization of archival professionals in China is relatively low and regional differences are large.Some suggestions are put forward,such as improving the access system of archival vocational qualification,expanding the intensity of continuing education and improving archival education.
