高校档案馆网站建设思考——以中国海洋大学为例

摘　　要：高校档案馆网站作为高校档案信息发布及专业信息服务平台,在传承高校传统文化、守护高校记忆、服务高校主体工作方面发挥着重要作用。随着档案信息化建设的稳步推进,为了给访问者提供更为舒适、便捷的访问体验,档案馆网站建设也应与时俱进,适时改版。以中国海洋大学档案馆网站为例,对改版前的网站情况进行分析,详述了网站改版的创新需求、主要做法,对新旧网站建设情况进行对比分析,并阐明网站改版后的效果及影响。The website of university archives serves as the platform of university archives information release and professional information service.It plays an important role in inheriting the traditional culture of universities,guarding university memory and serving the main work of universities.With the steady progress of archives informatization construction,in order to provide visitors with more comfortable and convenient access experience,archives website construction should be timely revised to keep pace with the times.Taking the website of the Archives of Ocean University of China as an example,this paper analyzes the situation of the website before the revision,elaborates the innovative needs and main methods for the revision,makes a comparative analysis of the construction of the old and new websites,and expounds the effect and influence of the website revision.
