核电三维电子文件管理研究

摘　　要：文章分析了核电三维电子文件的管理现状和存在的问题,提出以OAIS为指导构建核电三维电子文件管理体系,主要包括以下必要内容:集中统一管理三维电子文件,明确部门责任;提案高档案人员能力;建立三维电子文件管理相关的标准、规范体系;核电三维模型知识库建设。未来不仅要实现对三维模型的归档管理和重复利用,保证三维档案的真实性、有效性、完整性、可用性;而且要逐步实现三维电子档案的知识管理,建立标准产品库,从而缩短项目的设计周期,不断推进技术创新。The paper analyzes the current conditions and problems of 3D electronic records management of nuclear power,and proposes a management system constructed under the guidance of OAIS.The following measures are necessary:the 3D electronic records should be managed in a centralized and united way and clear responsibilities of departments are formulated;archivists should improve their abilities;the standards and norms of the management should be established;a knowledge base should be constructed.In the future,3D models will be filed and used repeatedly to ensure the archives’integrity,validity,unity and usefulness.Knowledge management of 3D electronic records should be realized and standard product database should be constructed to shorten the design period of projects and promote technological innovation continuously.
