摘  要:目的分析早期抗病毒治疗对艾滋病患者CD4^+T淋巴细胞计数及耐药发生情况的影响。方法选取本院2017年4月至2018年5月收治的90例艾滋病患者为研究对象,根据T淋巴细胞计数将其分为甲组(T淋巴细胞计数201~349个/mm^3)、乙组(T淋巴细胞计数≤200个/mm^3)和丙组(T淋巴细胞计数≥350个/mm^3),各30例。比较三组患者的CD4^+T淋巴细胞计数情况、耐药发生情况、机会性感染和抗病毒治疗毒副反应发生情况。结果治疗后3、6、12个月,三组患者的CD4^+T淋巴细胞计数均高于治疗前(P<0.05);治疗后3、6、12个月,丙组患者的CD4^+T淋巴细胞计数均高于甲组、乙组,且甲组高于乙组(P<0.05)。丙组患者的耐药发生率、机会性感染发生率、抗病毒治疗的毒副反应发生率均低于甲组与乙组(P<0.05)。结论早期抗病毒治疗艾滋病患者的疗效可观,不仅可促进其免疫功能的改善,还可减少耐药情况以及机会性感染的发生。Objective To analyze the effects of early antiviral therapy on CD4^+T lymphocyte count and drug resistance in AIDS patients.Methods A total of 90 cases of AIDS admitted in our hospital from April 2017 to May 2018 were selected as the research objects,and the patients were divided into group A(T lymphocyte count was 201-349 cell/mm^3),group B(T lymphocyte count≤200 cell/mm^3)and group C(T lymphocyte count≥350 cell/mm^3)according to the T lymphocyte count,with 30 cases in each group.The CD4^+T lymphocyte count,drug resistance,opportunistic infection and toxic and side effects of antiviral therapy were compared among the three groups.Results At 3,6 and 12 months after treatment,the CD4^+T lymphocyte count of the three groups were higher than those before treatment(P<0.05);after3,6 and 12 months of treatment,the CD4^+T lymphocyte count in the group C were higher than those in the group A and the group B,and those in the group A were higher than the group B(P<0.05).The incidence of drug resistance,opportunistic infection and toxic and side effects of antiviral therapy in the group C were lower than those in the group A and the group B(P<0.05).Conclusion Early antiviral in treatment of AIDS patients has a considerable effect,it can not only promote the improvement of the immune function,but also reduce the incidence of drug resistance and opportunistic infection.
