姜树荆止痛消炎膏治疗特应性皮炎的临床效果

摘　　要：目的探讨姜树荆止痛消炎膏治疗特应性皮炎(AD)的临床效果。方法将我科门诊2016年11月至2017年11月的63例AD患者随机分为治疗组(32例)和对照组(31例)。两组患者均口服氯雷他定,在此基础上,治疗组外用止痛消炎膏,对照组给予外敷基质药物白凡士林。比较两组SCORAD评分、临床疗效、靶皮损金葡菌定植密度及不良反应发生情况。结果治疗后,治疗组皮损强度、瘙痒、睡眠影响程度及SCORAD评分均低于对照组(P<0.05),两组皮损面积积分无显著差异(P>0.05)。治疗组治疗总有效率为87.50%,显著高于对照组的64.52%(P<0.05)。治疗第7、14天,治疗组靶皮损表面金葡菌定植密度明显下降,且低于对照组(P<0.05)。两组不良反应总发生率无显著差异(P>0.05)。结论姜树荆止痛消炎膏治疗AD的临床效果满意,不良反应少,值得推广应用。Objective To investigate the clinical effect of JIANG Shujing Zhitong Xiaoyan ointment on atopic dermatitis(AD).Methods Sixty-three patients with AD in our department from November 2016 to November 2017 were randomly divided into treatment group(32 cases)and control group(31 cases).Both groups were given loratadine orally,on this basis,the treatment group was given Zhitong Xiaoyan ointment for exterral use,while the control group was given topical matrix drug Bai Vaseline.The SCORAD score,clinical efficacy,target skin lesion Staphylococcus aureus colonization density and adverse reactions were compared between the two groups.Results After treatment,the skin lesion intensity,pruritus,sleep influence degree and SCORAD scores in the treatment group were lower than those in the control group(P<0.05),and there was no significant difference in the lesion area score between the two groups(P>0.05).The total effective rate of treatment in the treatment group was 87.50%,which was significantly higher than 64.52%of the control group(P<0.05).On the 7 th and 14 th day of treatment,the target skin lesion Staphylococcus aureus colonization density in the treatment group significantly decreased,and which was lower than that in the control group(P<0.05).There was no significant difference in the total incidence of adverse reactions between the two groups(P>0.05).Conclusion The JIANG Shujing Zhitong Xiaoyan ointment in the treatment of AD has satisfactory clinical effect,with less adverse reactions,which is worthy of promotion and application.
