补肾健骨汤联合西医治疗老年骨质疏松性胸腰椎压缩性骨折的临床效果

摘　　要：目的探讨补肾健骨汤联合西医治疗老年骨质疏松性胸腰椎压缩性骨折患者的临床效果。方法将122例老年骨质疏松性胸腰椎压缩性骨折患者根据随机数字表法分为观察组(61例,补肾健骨汤联合西医治疗)与对照组(61例,西医治疗)。比较两组的临床效果。结果治疗后,两组的Cobb角、VAS评分均降低,而伤椎椎体前缘高度比与骨密度均升高,且观察组显著优于对照组(P<0.05)。观察组的治疗总有效率显著高于对照组,并发症总发生率低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论补肾健骨汤联合西医治疗老年骨质疏松性胸腰椎压缩性骨折患者具有显著效果,可促进患者伤椎恢复,减轻疼痛,减少并发症的发生。Objective To explore the clinical effect of Bushen Jiangu decoction combined with western medicine in the treatment of senile osteoporotic thoracolumbar vertebral compression fracture.Methods A total of 122 cases of senile osteoporotic thoracolumbar vertebral compression fracture were divided into observation group(61 cases,treated with Bushen Jiangu decoction combined with western medicine)and control group(61 cases,treated with western medicine)according to the random number table method.The clinical effects of the two groups were compared.Results After treatment,the Cobb angle and VAS score of the two groups decreased,while the anterior height ratio of injured vertebrae and bone mineral density increased,and those in the observation group were significantly better than the control group(P<0.05).The total effective rate of treatment in the observation group was significantly higher than that in the control group,the total incidence of complications was significantly lower than that in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Bushen Jiangu decoction combined with western medicine in the treatment of senile osteoporotic thoracolumbar vertebral compression fracture has significant curative effect,it can promote the recovery of injured vertebrae,relieve pain,and redue the occurrence of complications of patients.
