消银颗粒联合阿维A及NB-UVB治疗寻常型银屑病的效果

摘　　要：目的探究消银颗粒联合阿维A及窄谱中波紫外线(NB-UVB)治疗寻常型银屑病的临床效果。方法选取我院收治的130例寻常型银屑病患者,采用随机数字表法将其分为观察组和对照组,各65例。对照组予以阿维A及NB-UVB治疗,观察组在对照组基础上予以消银颗粒。比较两组的临床疗效、银屑病皮损面积和严重程度指数(PASI)评分、血清IL-10、IFN-γ、MIF水平及不良反应发生情况。结果观察组的治疗总有效率高于对照组(P<0.05)。治疗4、8周后,两组PASI评分均低于治疗前,且观察组低于对照组(P<0.05)。治疗8周后,两组血清IL-10水平均高于治疗前,血清IFN-γ、MIF水平均低于治疗前,且观察组优于对照组(P<0.05)。两组各项不良反应发生率无显著差异(P>0.05)。结论消银颗粒联合阿维A及NB-UVB治疗寻常型银屑病,可提高治疗效果,减轻皮肤损伤,调节免疫功能,安全性高。Objective To investigate the effect of Xiaoyin granule combined with acitretin and narrowband ultraviolet B(NB-UVB)in the treatment of psoriasis vulgaris.Methods One hundred and thirty patients with psoriasis vulgaris treated in our hospital were selected and divided into observation group and control group according to the random number table method,with 65 cases in each group.The control group was treated with acitretin and NB-UVB,while the observation group was given Xiaoyin granule on the basis of the control group.The clinical efficacy,psoriasis area and severity index(PASI)score,levels of serum IL-10,IFN-γ,MIF and adverse reactions were compared between the two groups.Results The total effective rate of treatment in the observation group was higher than that in the control group(P<0.05).After 4 and8 weeks of treatment,PASI scores in the two groups were lower than those before treatment,and those in the observation group were lower than the control group(P<0.05).After 8 weeks of treatment,the levels of serum IL-10 in the two groups was higher than that before treatment,and the levels of serum IFN-r and MIF were lower than those before treatment,and those in the observation group were better than the control group(P<0.05).There were no significant differences in the incidences of adverse reactions between the two groups(P>0.05).Conclusion Xiaoyin granule combined with acitretin and NB-UVB in the treatment of psoriasis vulgaris can improve the therapeutic effect,reduce skin damage,regulate immune function,and has high safety.
