摘 要:目的探究多种模式健康教育在永久性膀胱造瘘患者及其家属健康教育中的应用效果。方法将2017年1月至2019年3月收治的220例永久性膀胱造瘘患者以单双号编号法分为对照组和试验组,各110例。对照组给予单一模式健康教育,试验组给予多种模式健康教育。分析两组健康教育的效果。结果试验组并发症总发生率低于对照组(P<0.05)。干预后,两组自我护理技能、自我责任感、健康知识知晓度、社会功能、心理功能、躯体功能和总体健康评分均高于干预前,且试验组高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论永久性膀胱造瘘患者接受多种模式健康教育,能够增加其健康知识知晓度,提高自我护理技能、责任感,改善其生活质量,且并发症发生率低,值得应用。Objective To explore the application effect of multi-mode health education on health education of patients with permanent cystostomy and their families.Methods A total of 220 patients with permanent cystostomy admitted from January 2017 to March 2019 were divided into control group and experimental group by the odd-even numbering method,with 110 cases in each group.The control group was given single mode health education,while the experimental group was given multi-mode health education.The effect of health education was analyzed between the two groups.Results The total incidence of complications in the experimental group was lower than that in the control group(P<0.05).After intervention,the scores of self-care skills,sense of self-responsibility,awareness of health knowledge,social function,psychological function,physical function and general health in the two groups were higher than those before intervention,and those in the experimental group were higher than of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Multi-mode health education for patients with permanent cystostomy can increase awareness of health knowledge,improve self-care skills,sense of responsibility and quality of life,and with lower incidence of complications.It is worthy of application.
