《新型冠状病毒感染的肺炎诊疗方案(试行第五版)》中医分期与西医分型对应关系探讨

摘　　要：国家卫生健康委员会、国家中医药管理局已经印发了多个版本的《新型冠状病毒感染的肺炎诊疗方案》。诊疗方案从第三版开始增加了中医治疗,其内容受到广泛关注,对指导中西医诊疗起到重要作用。但到方案第五版方案中医分期与西医分型未建立基本的对应关系,不利于方案的推广应用以及中西医结合诊疗优势的发挥。为建立中西医诊疗方案之间的基本对应关系,从中医分期与西医分型基本情况、分离现状、原因分析及其不利影响、建立对应关系的可能性等方面进行探讨,提出了建立对应关系的修订方案建议,以期发挥中西医建立分期分型对应关系的优势,为抗击疫情提供更加优化的中西医结合临床诊疗策略。National Health Commission and National Administration of Traditional Chinese Medicine have issued several version of Diagnosis and Treatment for Novel Coronavirus Pneumonia.Since the third version of the diagnosis and treatment program,traditional Chinese medicine(TCM)treatment has been added,and its content has received extensive attention,which plays an important role in guiding the diagnosis and treatment of integrative Chinese and western medicine.However,till the fifth version there is no basic correspondence between the TCM staging and the western medicine classification in the plan,which is not conducive to the promotion and application of the advantages of integrative Chinese and western medicine diagnosis and treatment.In order to establish the basic correspondence between TCM and western medicine diagnosis and treatment program,TCM staging and western medicine classification,the current status of separation,the cause analysis and its adverse effects,and the possibility of establishing a corresponding relationship are discussed.It is recommended to have a plan to establish correspondence in order to give full play to the advantages of TCM and western medicine to establish a staged and classified correspondence relationship,and to provide a more optimized clinical diagnosis and treatment strategy of TCM and western medicine for combating the epidemic.
