舌诊在中风先兆诊断中的临床意义

摘　　要：舌诊是中医独具特色的诊断方法之一,通过分析中风先兆患者舌象的临床研究,从舌态、舌色、舌苔、舌下络脉、味觉、痛觉等不同角度总结其特征与规律,发现中风先兆患者的舌象常有诸多具有指向性的特征变化,对辨别疾病的性质、推断病情的深浅轻重以及判断疾病的预后转归,都有一定的临床指导意义。Tongue inspection is one of the unique diagnostic methods of traditional Chinese medicine.This paper summarizes the characteristics and regulations by analyzing the observation and research of tongue manifestation of patients with apoplexy aura from different perspective of tongue condition,tongue color,tongue coating,collaterals under tongue,taste sense and pain sense.It has been found that the tongue manifestation of patients with aura of apoplexy often has many highly directional characteristics.It has certain clinical guidance significance for distinguishing the nature of the disease,inferring the severity of the condition and judging the prognosis and transfer of the disease.
