摘　　要：心房颤动(AF)是外科开胸手术后围术期最为常见的心律失常之一,而且其发生往往与围术期致残率、死亡率和收治到重症监护病房的概率密切相关。本文针对开胸外科手术后心房颤动发生的预测、预防和处理作一系统回顾。Atrial fibrillation(AF)is the most common sustained arrhythmia after non-cardiac thoracic surgery and is associated with a significant increase in perioperative morbidity,intensive care unit(ICU)admission,and mortality.Practical guidance is needed to assist clinicians in managing this critical issue and direct further research.
