摘 要:介绍了N8210双增压系列柴油机的设计开发过程,主要包括总体方案设计、系统设计以及零部件设计等三大方面。其中系统设计分为排气系统、进气系统、滑油系统以及冷却系统等的设计,零部件设计主要包括曲轴和增压器匹配及优化改进。在设计开发过程中重点解决柴油机的结构布置、发火次序、排气干扰等主要问题,并充分考虑柴油机的燃油经济性、零部件通用性、制造成本等因素。台架试验表明:设计的N8210双增压柴油机各项性能指标均达到设计要求,且低速工况扭矩有所提升。The design and development process of N8210 dual turbocharged series diesel engine is introduced,which mainly includes three aspects:overall scheme design,system design and parts design.The system design is divided into exhaust system,intake system,lubricating oil system and cooling system.The parts design mainly includes crankshaft and turbocharger matching and optimization improvement.In the process of design and development,the main problems such as structure layout,ignition sequence and exhaust interference of diesel engine are mainly solved.Full consideration is given to such factors as fuel economy,universality of parts and components,and manufacturing cost of diesel engine.The bench test shows that all performance indexes of the designed N8210 dual turbocharged diesel engine meet the design requirements,and the torque at low speed is improved.
