基于文献的萧龙友治疗月经不调用药特色研究

摘　　要：通过整理分析《萧龙友医集·妇科病案·月经不调》中相关医案处方信息,总结萧龙友治疗月经不调的用药特色。共纳入萧龙友先生治疗月经不调的汤剂处方172首,统计其治疗月经不调出现频次>19.5次的药物共计32味,其中以补益气血药为最多(包括甘草、当归、党参、白芍、白术、沙参、杜仲、阿胶珠),其次为清热之品(包括生地黄、栀子、牡丹皮、赤芍、黄芩、黄柏、知母)与活血化瘀之品(包括川芎、郁金、牛膝、乳香、没药、延胡索、苏木),体现了萧龙友先生治疗月经不调重视气血不足、内热扰动以及瘀血内阻的病机。此外,萧龙友先生临床重视药物炮制、擅用鲜品亦为其治疗月经不调临证特色之一。By sorting out and analyzing the prescription information in XIAO Longyou′s Medical Records·Gynecology Medical Records·Menstrual Disorders, the characteristics of XIAO Longyou′s medication in treating menstrual disorders were summarized. A total of 172 decoction prescriptions for treating menstrual disorders by Mr. XIAO Longyou were included. According to the statistics, there were 32 drugs for treatment of menstrual disorders with the occurrence frequency of >19.5 times, among which the most were herbs for supplementing and benefiting qi and blood including Gancao(Radix Glycyrrhizae), Danggui(Radix Angelicae Sinensis), Dangshen(Radix Codonopsis), Baishao(Radix Paeoniae Alba), Baizhu(Rhizoma Atractylodis Macrocephalae), Shashen(Radix Glehniae), Duzhong(Cortex Eucommiae), ejiao(Colla Corii Asini), followed by drugs for clearing heat including shengdihuang(Radix Rehmanniae Recens), Zhizi(Cape Jasmine), Mudanpi(Cortex Moutan Radicis), Chishao(Radix Paeoniae Rubra), Huangqin(Radix Scutellariae), Huangbai(Cortex Phellodendri), Zhimu(Rhizoma Anemarrhenae) and herbs for activating blood and resolving stasis including Chuanxiong(Rhizoma Ligustici Chuanxiong), Yujin(Radix Curcumae), Niuxi(Radix Achyranthis Bidentatae), Olibanum, Myrrha, Yanhusuo(Rhizoma Corydalis), Sumu(Lignum Sappan), which reflects that XIAO Longyou paid attention to the pathogenesis of deficiency of qi and blood, internal heat disturbance and internal blockade of stasis blood when treating menstrual disorders. In addition, Mr. XIAO Longyou attaches importance to the processing of drugs in clinical practice and makes good use of fresh products, which is also one of the clinical features of his treatment of menstrual disorders.
