摘 要:研究了丙烯聚合用BCZ-108H型催化剂在60~85℃时的聚合行为及所制聚丙烯的主要性能,并与Hypol工艺常规应用的NA型催化剂和市售催化剂进行了对比。结果表明:随着温度的升高,丙烯聚合反应速率和催化剂活性总体呈降低趋势,且聚合反应速率的衰减越来越快。在整个温度区间内,采用BCZ-108H型催化剂的聚合反应速率和活性远高于另外两种催化剂,温度为70℃时,3种催化剂用于丙烯聚合的反应速率和活性的差距最小;温度为80℃时,3种催化剂用于丙烯聚合的反应速率和活性的差距最大。The polymerization behavior of BCZ-108H catalyst for propylene polymerization between 60 and 85℃and the main properties of polypropylene were observed,which were compared with those of NA catalyst and market available catalyst used for Hypol process.The experimental results show that the polymerization rate of propylene and activity of the catalysts decrease with the increase of temperature,and the polymerization reaction rate decays faster.The polymerization rate and activity of BCZ-108H catalyst are much higher than those of the other two catalysts within the temperature range.The differences in rate and activity among the three catalysts are the smallest at 70℃.The differences in rate and activity among the three catalysts is the largest at 80℃.
