摘  要:以双色塑料扣板为例,采用Moldflow软件成型窗口分析确定了第1色和第2色的最佳注射时间分别为0.733,0.537 s;使用型腔质量分析确定了第1色、第2色的最佳保压时间分别为7,8 s;采用田口正交试验确定了熔体温度、模具温度、保压压力等参数,最终得到了最佳的工艺参数组合为:成型的第1色、第2色熔体温度分别为295,230℃,模具温度分别为60,74℃,保压压力分别为最大注射压力的90%,80%。在此条件下成型的注塑料制品的翘曲变形量为1.975 mm,变形量较优化前(2.853 mm)降低31%,满足成型质量要求。Two-color plastic gusset plate was used to determine that the optimal injection time of the first color and the second color were 0.733 s and 0.537 s by Moldflow software molding window analysis.The optimal holding time of the first color and the second color were confirmed as 7 s and 8 s respectively by cavity quality analysis.The melt temperature,mold temperature and holding pressure were determined by Taguchi orthogonal test.The optimal process parameters were obtained as follows:the melt temperature of the first color and the second color are 295℃and 230℃,the mold temperature are 60℃and 74℃,and the holding pressure are 90%and 80%of the maximum injection pressure respectively.Under this condition,the warpage deformation of the injection plastic products is 1.975 mm,which is lower by 31%than that of before optimization(2.853 mm),meeting the requirements of molding quality.
