摘 要:基于注塑模具标准化环境,以某手机保护壳为例研究了机械自动化软件——UG NX6.0软件及Moldflow软件在塑料模具设计中的应用。结果表明:通过分析注塑成型的结构特点和工艺要求,最终采用一模两腔结构;采用Moldflow软件对塑件填充过程进行模拟,对模具结构进行优化,确定了最佳注射时间为0.96 s,最大锁模力为29.5 t,随着锁模力的增加,塑件综合变形程度增大,翘曲程度非常小,未发生短射现象,符合实际生产条件。This paper describes the application of the automatic software of UG NX6.0 and Moldflow in design of plastic mold of a mobile phone protective case under the standardized environment of injection mold.The results show that one mold of two cavity structure is adopted according to the molding process requirements and structural features of the plastic parts.Moldflow software is used to simulate the filling process of plastic parts and optimize the structure of the mold.The optimum injection time is determined as 0.96 s and the maximum locking force is 29.5 t.The comprehensive deformation degree of the plastic part is increased with the increase of clamping force,while the less warpage is detected.There is no short shot phenomenon,which is in line with the actual production conditions.
